Purpose of Measure: "A unified measure of students' beliefs about their abilities and confidence in academic environments" (CIRP Factor Technical Report, 2018-19, p. 17).

Lay-Person Terms: To assess an individual's perception of their specific academic-related abilities as compared to their peers.

Measure:

Rate yourself on each of the following traits as compared with the average person your age. We want the most accurate estimate of how you see yourself:
